Behind Vintage Little Lady!
Welcome to Vintage Little Lady! My name is Leah Pitkin, and I am the owner and designer behind Vintage Little Lady! I am soooo beyond excited to have you all here, supporting my life long dream! Sewing and designing has been a passion of mine since a little girl. But that’s not all. I also have other passions such as being a hairdresser, photography, & styling. Awesomely, these passions all came together and fulfilled my dream in the world of design!
I started out with lots of pattern testing for many amazing pattern companies. Then I evolved into becoming a designer for Violette Field Threads. It was lots of fun and it gave me the push to accomplish my dream of owning my own pattern company! The thought of coming up with my own vintage wardrobe had my heart racing for a finish line!
Vintage is timeless.
Vintage has always grabbed at my soul in so many ways, from children’s wardrobes, to redoing timeless furniture pieces, to owning old pieces that are 100 years+ old. The thought of knowing that someone who lived over a century ago touched the garment, furniture, or knick knack, is sooo cool to me! To be able to bring back those delicate years of the past in children’s clothing design makes me beyond elated!
Vintage fashion is something that will always continue to live. I am so thrilled to be bringing you my aesthetic on vintage style!
