Introducing Everything Opal

Hello to all of you talented seamstresses!! Leah Pitkin here, stopping in to introduce my very first debut pattern, Opal!

Our Opal is a stunning, show stopping, feminine, classic vintage silhouette, fit & flare from the 1950’s! This 1950’s inspired sew will knock your knee high socks, and oxfords, off! Opal has a dainty neckline, tailored bodice & waistband, and fully functional button front. And two different lengths — tea length, & above the knee. Opal’s bodice also features detailed, gathered bust darts! It’s the finest details that catch the eye!

Last but not least, Opal is finished off with the finest detail of a 2 1/2″ deep hem. Ahhhhh yessssss!!! All the heart eyes! Opal comes in sizes 2T-9/10 plus 18″ Doll! In addition, Opal is topped off with a beautiful vintage inspired Opal hair bow for girls (in 3 different sizes) & and an Opal hair bow for their dolls!

Opal is a very beginner friendly sew and sure to leave you wanting to sew more and more! Also, Opal is a SUPER QUICK sew & does not require much fabric. The tutorials are easy to follow & simplified for the newest of beginners. Opal will make all of your vintage dreams come true! Not only have we released Opal for girls but also we’ve released Opal in 18″ Doll sizes. Now your best girl and her doll can share some vintage goodness together!

To complete the Vintage Silhouette we have also released an Opal Girls Hair Bow that comes in 3 different sizes, 3 1/2″, 4 1/2″, & 5 1/2″. But that’s not all! Opal Bow comes with two different bow center options, knotted & plain.  And, last but not least, an Opal bow for your sweet girl’s doll!
