Getting started is simple!
Getting started is simple! If you already have a store account, make sure you’re logged in when you arrive at our site. Your points will automatically begin tracking when you make your first purchase; no need to “sign up” again!
If you don’t have a store account with us, click the Sign In / Register link in the bottom left corner of VLL’s site. When this opens, you’ll see an option to “Join Now”. Once you create a customer account with us, you’ll be all set!
Please note that the program is not retroactive. We launched VLL Rewards in 2020.
How it works:
You will receive 5 VLL points for every $1 you spend on pattern purchases. You’ll also get an additional 50 points just for signing up to the rewards program or an additional 100 points for leaving a website review!
These points are tracked here or in your account dashboard, which is found in the bottom left corner of the site. Watch your points stack up, and keep an eye out for incoming rewards!
Rewards to Redeem!
A coupon can go a long way. If you’re excited to apply your rewards, go ahead and apply your offer as soon as it’s available. Or, if you’re feeling patient, stash your points and earn even larger rewards down the road! Whichever option you choose, please be sure to use your entire reward at once; offers cannot be used across multiple transactions.
*PLEASE NOTE: During big promotions such as a Sitewide Sale, points are not acquired and reward coupons are not valid during the sale period due to the discount already given in the sale.
When a reward becomes redeemable, you will see a special coupon code. You will use this code at checkout to receive your discount. You will also receive an instructional video on how to jump up and down and flail your arms to the song “Celebrate Good Times!” JUST KIDDING!
